CERTIFICATES AND REGULATIONS


F.I.R. S.r.l. has decided to comply with existing regulations to guarantee and increase the quality standard of its products and services. Regulations applied to internal processes and that led to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 are as follows:

  • UNI EN ISO 9001:2000
    Quality Management Systems - Requirements

The Quality System involves the application of some of the content of the following standards:

  • UNI ISO/TS 16949:2002

Quality management systems - Particular requirements for the application of ISO 9001:2000 for the production of series and spare parts in the automotive Industry.

  • UNI EN ISO 14001:2004
    Environmental management systems - Requirements with guidance for use.

This allows us to pursue continuous improvement with any means.Thus we have implemented a production system that encompasses the entire organization of the factory, the quality system maintenance, management of costs and logistics.
The technical guidance to ensure the conformity of production is based on a 100% compliance with current regulations.

Radiators and convectors:

  • UNI EN 442-1:2004 Technical features and requirements

CERTIFICATIONS


All products supplied by F.I.R. S.r.l. are certified according to the European International procedures. Certificates of compliance are guaranteed by independent entity and laboratories that are certified and accredited for technical mandatory testing.

Certification of Conformity CE
It is issued as a result of technical tests and checks carried out on the model, as:
Thermal Power, Seal and Resistance to Pressure, Dimensional Checking, Class of belonging for Resistance to Fire, Tests on Paint, No Hazardous Substances / Hazardous, Factory Production Control.

Certification of NF Conformity
It is issued as a result of technical tests and checks carried out on the model, as:
Thermal Power, Seal and Resistance to Pressure, Dimensional Checking, Class of belonging for Resistance to Fire, Tests on Paint, No Hazardous Substances / Hazardous, Factory Production Control.

It is also required to comply with the Rules of Application for the approval of NF labeled products, guaranteed by periodic inspections by an independent institution in charge and by the analysis of samples taken directly from the distribution network.
